Important message

Due to an intermittent technical fault, if you provide your email address you may not receive a reference number when reporting an issue to us over the weekend. Please be assured that we will still receive your report and will send your reference number as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience. Tell us about a highway issue

Before you start

Telling us about the issue will take about 5 to 10 minutes.
All questions must be completed, unless marked optional.
The information you enter on each page will only be remembered when you select 'Next'.
To help protect the information you enter, you must take no longer than 20 minutes on each page. If you spend longer than this on a page, all the information you have entered will be lost and you will be shown an error page. You will be able to start again.

What you need to know

You will have the option to upload one or two digital photos of the issue to show what it looks like and where it is. Each photo must be a maximum file size of 40MB and file type: JPG, JPEG, GIF or PNG.
If you wish, you can provide your contact details, so we can send you updates about the issue.
Some issues are the responsibility of other organisations. We will tell you if this is the case and will direct you to the correct organisation.

Surrey County Council staff

For security reasons, if you want to report the issue using your surreycc.gov.uk email address in order to receive updates, we will need to check that you are a member of staff.
To use your surreycc.gov.uk email address: Report the issue as a member of staff.
Issues reported using a surreycc.gov.uk email address are treated in the same way as those reported by members of the public.
